Who we are
Geoffrey Rosenblatt, Founder and President
Geoffrey Rosenblatt brings over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, combining deep technical expertise with a client-first philosophy. After earning a degree in Construction Management from Purdue University, he began his career in Silicon Valley, managing large-scale corporate campuses for 3COM, Microsoft, and Gap Inc.
Shifting his focus to luxury residential construction, Geoffrey spent years overseeing complex, high-end homes for some of the Bay Area’s top builders. In 2006, he launched GAR Construction Management to fill a critical gap in the market: a need for an owner’s representative who could advocate for clients without compromising the collaborative relationship between architect and contractor.
In 2018, GARCM evolved into SPECTRE8—a boutique construction management firm built on discretion, trust, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
While based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Geoffrey has recently managed projects in Malibu and Coeur d’Alene, and is currently exploring select client engagements in Texas, Florida, Utah, and other premier markets across the country.
