About the principal
Principal led on every project, with senior project management support on select ones. The principal is on site most weeks.
Geoffrey Rosenblatt
Geoffrey Rosenblatt founded SPECTRE8 and has worked in construction since 1992. A Purdue University graduate in construction management and a Licensed California General Contractor (CA License #846372), he has done everything from framing and electrical work to managing large developments, including corporate campuses for Microsoft, high rises for The Gap, and dozens of multimillion dollar residences.
He brings that experience to the owner's side of the table: reading drawings for how they will actually be built, working alongside builders and architects, and keeping every decision moving.
