From the first meeting forward, you have a single point of contact at SPECTRE8. We coordinate the architect, builder, consultants, and vendors so that you receive clear, concise updates and only the decisions that need your voice.

Our process

Discovery and planning

We learn your goals, priorities, and budget, and help assemble and align the project team.

Design and preconstruction

We review drawings, estimates, and schedules for constructability and value, helping the team resolve questions before they reach the field.

Construction

We work alongside your builder, attend site and team meetings, track schedule and quality, and keep decisions moving. We support the builder rather than replace them.

Invoice review

Every invoice and pay application is reviewed against the contract and work in place before you approve it.

Completion and move-in

We guide punch list, closeout documentation, warranties, and a smooth handover.

Our measure of success is simple: a beautifully built home and the hours you did not have to spend getting there.
