Our clients trust us with their homes and their privacy. Every project runs under NDAs, so we describe the kind of work we do, never whose home it was. For more detail, ask, and we’ll share what we can in person.
The work we do
SPECTRE8 works on luxury custom residences, major renovations and estates. We serve as owner’s representative and as construction manager, on the owner’s side of the table from the first look at a property, through design and construction, and for years after move in.
We work alongside the architect, the builder and the consultants, never in place of them. Every home is different. The purpose stays the same: protect the owner’s budget, schedule and standards, and return their time.
